Frenchie's Chevrolet Congratulates Massena Rotary Club Raffle Winners

The Massena Rotary Club recently held a raffle. This raffle came to a close on February 15th, when the winning tickets were drawn. Frenchie would like to extend his personal congratulations to the winners on behalf of Frenchie's Chevrolet and the Massena Rotary Club.
