My name is Todd Goolden Collision Center Manager here at Frenchie's Chevrolet and Frenchie's Ford, my assistant Liz Goodfellow and I would like to welcome you to our web page.
We carry all the latest state of the art equipment needed to complete your repairs. We custom mix our top quality Dupont paint to match your vehicle's exact color. Then we bake it on your vehicle in our Down Draft Bake Booth. This allows us to work on your vehicle 15 minutes after we paint it.This helps to minimize the delay of the repair process.
We have a Chief computerized laser guided frame straightening machine, which will realign your vehicle back to factory specs. If your vehicle does need a new frame, we employ numerous expert mechanical technicians to make the transfer accurately. We have on staff six highly trianed technicians ready to serve your needs.
What to do after your accidentWhen your involved in an accident you have the right to take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice. When you file a claim with your insurance company they may want you to go and get an estimate of the damage. The repair process begins with a preliminary estimate of the damage done to the vehicle. We take a look at your vehicle and assess what the damage is that can be seen. We then gather all the information needed to complete the estimate and log everything into the computer. This will give us a guideline of what the initial damage are. After this estimate your insurance may send out there own adjuster to do a final estimate.
After the preliminary estimate is written and before any work is started on your vehicle we need you to sign a work authorization form. This allows us to do work on your vehicle, drive it around the shop for repairs and on the road for testing an to order the parts that are necessary to fix your vehicle.
We back our work with a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty on all original equipment GM parts and a three year warranty on our Dupont paint.

If you need to drop your vehicle off for repair after we have closed or before we open there is a drop box to the left for our door for your convenience. We also know that while your vehicle is being repaired you are inconvenienced, that is why we also offer rental vehicles for $20 a day. If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy our rental department will take care of all the necessary paperwork involved.
